# Rhyno Automotion: Brand design & showroom website

A high-motion showroom site for a Romanian auto import dealer, built to sell trust, not just cars.

## The brief

Rhyno Automotion imports vehicles from Europe and the US and needed a site that looked nothing like the classified-ads listings Romanian car dealers usually run.

The goals: make a 30-year-old business feel premium and trustworthy online, showcase inventory with real detail (VIN, history, warranty), let visitors estimate financing themselves, and rank for “import auto” searches, including on AI search engines.

## What we built

- **One-page brand site.** hero to FAQ, fully custom, in Romanian
- **Vehicle pages.** galleries, spec sheets, blur-up loading
- **Finance calculator.** down payment, term, monthly estimate
- **Lead pipeline.** floating contact modal straight to email
- **SEO layer.** structured data, sitemaps, llms.txt for AI search
- **Consent-gated analytics.** measured without being creepy

## How it works

The whole site is statically generated: inventory lives in one data file that drives listing cards, vehicle pages and metadata, so adding a car is a data edit, not a code change. A build step pre-generates blur placeholders for every photo, which is how a motion-heavy site stays instant.

## Stack

- **Site:** Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Motion, Lenis
- **Pipeline:** Sharp build-time images, Resend, Vercel, Microsoft Clarity

## Numbers

- **2 wks** from first draft to final identity
- **30+** screens and brand assets delivered
- **1** design language across logo, site and socials
- **100%** statically generated pages
- **8** custom typefaces in the identity
- **36** vehicle photos, optimized at build time

## The hardest part

Keeping a motion-heavy design fast. The site leans on smooth scrolling, scroll-triggered reveals and large photography. The fix was moving all image work to build time, with automated blur-placeholder generation, and keeping everything statically rendered so the animation budget never competes with loading.

## What the client said

> "We were starting from zero and needed to look like a serious company, not a garage project. Roberto designed the logo, the site and everything around them, and asked the right questions before drawing anything. Customers mention how clean it all looks before we even get to price."
