# CapitalDAO: Web3 investment syndicate platform

A Web3 syndicate platform where members pool funds, invest in early-stage startups, and track it all on-chain.

## The brief

CapitalDAO enables members to co-invest in early-stage blockchain startups. We built the platform end to end: the marketing site, the investment smart contracts, and the web app where members browse deals, join token sales, stake DAO tokens and track portfolio performance.

- **Investment contracts.** commitments, allocations, per-deal vesting
- **IDO launchpad.** upcoming deals and token sales
- **Staking.** for DAO token holders
- **Marketplace.** plus per-project performance pages
- **Multi-chain wallets.** connect across EVM chains

## How it works

Users commit funds through the contracts, allocations are distributed, and tokens vest per each deal's schedule, with the accounting transparent on-chain. The app reads deal state and portfolio performance straight from the contracts.
