# How Dock30 works

Every project follows the same path: scoped upfront, built in the open, tested before launch, delivered on the date agreed. You always know which step you are on.

1. **One call, then a fixed price in writing.** You describe what you are building on a 30 to 45 minute call and send whatever exists. Within a day you have a written brief with the exact scope, the exact price, and the delivery date. Nothing starts until you approve it.
2. **Design and build, in the open.** Design and development run in one team, so what gets designed is what gets built. You get a staging link and watch the real thing take shape, and feedback gets folded in as the work goes.
3. **We try to break it before anyone else can.** Real devices, real load, automated checks on every change. Blockchain work gets a contract audit before it touches real money. Anything that fails gets fixed before you see it.
4. **Launch, then we stay.** We go live with monitoring and a rollback plan, then the 30 days of free support begin. Anything that breaks or does not work as scoped, we fix free.

## How we communicate

Updates land in chat, not meetings. A short weekly call keeps everyone aligned. Replies are usually near-instant, and you talk to the person writing the code, never an account manager relaying messages.
