Founder of Dock30. Shipping software for founders and teams since 2021: Web3 launches first, then the backends, dashboards, and apps behind them.

I started the way a lot of developers do: building websites free for friends in the evenings, because putting things live on the internet never stopped being fun. The first paid project came in 2021, a landing page and a Solana mint page for an NFT launch. It shipped, the mint sold out, and building for strangers suddenly looked like a job.

One Fiverr listing turned into a queue, and the queue turned into Dock30. Web3 launch work taught me to ship under pressure, with real money on the line and dates that cannot move. When clients started asking for backends, dashboards, stores, and mobile apps, that same discipline came along. Today Dock30 is me plus a trusted circle of Romanian designers and developers, working with founders and teams worldwide.

Everything I publish here comes out of that client work: the questions people actually ask on scoping calls, the mistakes we get hired to fix, and the numbers we see on real invoices. No ghostwriters, no content farm.
