## The short version

Dock30 started as free websites for friends and turned into a job, then into an agency. The first paid project, in 2021, was a landing page and a Solana mint page for an NFT launch. A single Fiverr listing became a queue of hundreds of teams, and the five-star reviews stacked up into the hundreds. Web3 taught the team to ship under pressure, with real money on the line and dates that cannot move, and that discipline carried over when clients started asking for backends, dashboards, stores, and mobile apps. When AI got useful it went into both sides of the work: the process, so projects move faster, and the products, with assistants built into apps where they genuinely help.

## Why the name

A dock is where ships are built and where they come back. A project is docked when it is live, stable, and tied down properly, not demoed or almost there. The "30" is 30 days of free support after every launch, put in the name so nobody forgets it.

## How it runs

Remote by default from Bucharest, Romania. Dock30 is Roberto plus a trusted circle of designers, motion designers, and developers, all in Romania, who join when a project needs more hands. When the timezone overlap with a client is bad, the team shifts toward the client's hours.
